Growing up in Western New York Chef Clay was influenced by the simple life of locally owned produce and fresh dairy. Being raised in a French family cooking was a tradition and a family practice. Chef Clay uses those traditional french cooking techniques along with natural & organic products to make the healthiest and freshest food possible.
