After many years of creating the infamous Martinis On Bay, we are now the proud owners of Martini's in South Daytona. Growing up in Western New York Chef Clay was influenced by the simple life of locally owned produce and fresh dairy. Being raised in a French family cooking was a tradition and a family practice. Chef Clay uses those tradional french cooking techniques along with natural & organic products to make make the healthiest and freshest food possible.
